Refund policy

1. Right of Product Return

At TSAKALINO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy, you have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (e.g., tags, user manuals).

  • It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

3. Return Process

3.2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error by us. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

3.3. Return Inspection
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will proceed with a refund or replacement of the product.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.

4.2. Refund Method
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made via bank transfer, you may need to provide your bank account details.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

In the case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, covering the return shipping costs as well.

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been personalized or made to order.

  • Products that have been used or damaged.

  • Products returned after the 14-day period.
